Striking large cloisonné enamel charger, made in China during the early 20th century (Republic period, c.1915–1935).

The design features the Five Symbols of Longevity: flying cranes, graceful deer, pine trees and stylized clouds, all set against a rich red background.

The details are executed in traditional cloisonné technique with bright enamel colors and hand-shaped copper wires. A decorative beaded rim frames the composition, giving the plate a luxurious presence.
