Exceptional antique French hanging lantern chandelier, crafted in richly cast gilt bronze, dating to the early 20th century, circa 1900–1915.
This luxurious lantern features an elegant architectural hexagonal form, adorned with finely modeled mascarons and flowing rococo-inspired scrolls. The quality of the bronze casting and the substantial weight clearly indicate high-end production typical of the Belle Époque period.
The lantern retains its original etched glass panels, decorated with delicate floral motifs, perfectly preserved and harmonious with the overall design. Inside, the chandelier is fitted with a four-light socket system, consistent with early electric conversions of former gas fixtures.
A rare and highly decorative lighting piece, ideal for a grand entryway, stairwell, or statement interior.
