Elegant antique French hanging lantern crafted in gilt bronze with a cylindrical glass body, reflecting the refined Louis XV revival style.

The piece features a richly cast bronze frame with scrolling foliate motifs, supporting a clear cut glass cylinder that beautifully diffuses light. The upper structure is crowned with decorative arms and suspended from an ornate chain with alternating patterned links, adding to its visual sophistication.

Originally designed as a candle or early gas lantern, the piece has been professionally electrified while preserving its original socket structure. It is ready to be installed and used.
