Elegant pair of 19th-century German porcelain plates, produced in the Franconian / Bavarian region and marked O.F.L.
Each plate features a finely hand-painted pastoral landscape in the center, surrounded by floral garlands, a distinctive purplish brushstroke border, and delicate gilt accents along the scalloped rim. The decoration reflects strong French stylistic influence, typical of high-quality German export porcelain of the late 1800s.
These plates represent refined decorative craftsmanship and were intended as display or cabinet pieces.
