c.1900–1930 French Gilt Bronze Pair of Candelabras, Marble Bases, 15.4in

€1.800

Elegant pair of French gilt bronze candelabras from the early 20th century, designed for two candles each and executed in a refined neoclassical style.

Each candelabrum features a sculptural central column adorned with cascading leaf motifs and a richly detailed floral finial at the top. The curved candle arms are balanced and harmonious, while the column bases are decorated with finely cast figural reliefs.

The pieces rest on solid marble bases, providing both visual contrast and structural stability. The warm gilt bronze finish and classical proportions make this pair ideal for a fireplace mantel, console, or formal interior setting.

Chosen for today, grounded in history.

A well-placed antique does more than decorate a room - it gives it authorship. Against a contemporary interior, older objects introduce texture, balance and a sense of permanence that cannot be replicated by newly made pieces alone.
This is the principle behind the LÜRON selection. We look for works that carry historical character with ease, and that feel as convincing in a Paris apartment as they do in a more modern architectural setting.
