1890 French Ormolu Perfume Set with 4 Bottles – ARYS Paris “Fox-Trot” Labels – Rare Neo-Empire – 4.3 in

€750

A luxurious French Napoleon III / Belle-Époque perfume necessaire, made in Paris c. 1885–1895 by Boyer & Roussel (marked with their winged-head hallmark).

The set includes four hand-cut crystal perfume bottles and a central spirit reservoir, all fitted in an exquisite Ormolu (gilded bronze) frame with detailed classical muses and winged victories.

One of the bottles retain their original ARYS Paris paper perfume labels for the fragrance “Fox-Trot” (1920s), a sought-after scent from one of the most elegant Parisian perfume houses of the Art Deco era.

A rare collector’s piece combining late-19th-century ormolu craftsmanship with the glamour of 1920s French perfumery.

Chosen for today, grounded in history.

A well-placed antique does more than decorate a room - it gives it authorship. Against a contemporary interior, older objects introduce texture, balance and a sense of permanence that cannot be replicated by newly made pieces alone.
This is the principle behind the LÜRON selection. We look for works that carry historical character with ease, and that feel as convincing in a Paris apartment as they do in a more modern architectural setting.
